By using our website or booking a tour with Greater Era Tour and Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment (typically 30-50% of total package cost). Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to departure unless otherwise agreed. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
Cancellations made 30+ days before travel: 10% charge.
Cancellations 15–29 days before: 25% charge.
Cancellations 7–14 days before: 50% charge.
Cancellations within 7 days or no-show: 100% charge.
Cancellation due to government-imposed restrictions or natural calamities will be handled as per the situation.
We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances. Suitable alternatives will be provided. No refund will be issued for unused services due to such circumstances.
Package inclusions are as listed in the specific package. Items not mentioned (airfare unless specified, personal expenses, tips, travel insurance, entry fees not listed, etc.) are excluded and are the traveller's responsibility.
Travel insurance is not included in standard packages. We strongly recommend all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before their trip.
Greater Era Tour and Travels acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers and other services. We are not liable for personal injury, accident, loss of luggage, or damage to property caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our control.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards local culture, customs and other travellers. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a guest engages in illegal, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, J&K.
